Is the Basic plan really free?
Yes. Your name, address, phone, one category and a short description stay free for as long as you like, including reviews and member messages.
How does verification work?
Send us a company registration number, or confirm your business phone or domain email. Our team checks it and adds the verified shield, usually within two working days. Verification is free on every plan.
Can I list businesses in more than one country?
Yes. Each location is its own listing, with its own city, time zone and hours, so customers in each market see the right details.
What are sponsored placements?
High-visibility spots on the home page and at the top of search results, always labelled as sponsored. Contact us for availability and rates.
Can I cancel Premium?
Any time from your dashboard. Your listing moves back to Basic at the end of the paid period and nothing is deleted.
